DJ Soulmate
DJ Soulmate is one of Russia’s soulful house heads. Started in ‘06 with launching SoulfulHouse.ru website he quickly got himself info DJing in Moscow venues.
The Summer Fondue Sessions Radioshow was launched later in ‘06 at UK based online house station SSRadio. It’s a bi-weekly show filled up with deep, jazzy, soulful and funky tunes from Soulmate himself and his guests. In ‘08 the show was extended and now is syndicated to air on a number of FM station in Russia and Spain and a dozen of online stations.
Soulmate’s residency include Moscow venues ParaBar (‘06), legendary Propaganda (‘07-08), You Cafe (‘08), W Bar (‘08), Kinki (‘09-10), French Cafe (‘10-11). Soulmate played in many Moscow venues including SOHO Rooms, O2 Lounge, Garage, Cult, Nooning, Vision Bar. Local touring activities: Saint-Petersburg, Yerevan and Khabarovsk. In June ‘09 he was the official DJ of Martini Terrazza at Kinotavr Film Festival in Sochi (RU), in May of ‘10, played at legendary Funk In You event in London (UK), in Jan ’11 played in K.U.Bar and in Aug ’11 in SaSaZu in Prague (CZ).
The resident DJ of Soul Color project (the first Russian soulful house parties), arranged Moscow tours and played back-to-back with international soulful DJs including Richard Earnshaw, DJ Meme, Central Avenue, Roberto De Carlo, Sonny Fodera.
