30 March 2010

Deep & Soul Project ft. Danny - This Light (We've Seen) [Gotta Keep Faith] As seen on GKF 2009 Sampler and in Fresh Stuff of 90th Summer Fondue, “This Light (We’ve Seen)” by Portuguese band Deep & Soul Project will actually see the light on April 4th on Italian Gotta Keep Faith. :) D&S Project is the brainchild of DJ Carlos Vargas involved with house scene since 2001 and guitarist Jair Deodato, with the idea to allow DJs to perform live with musicians. After numerous jams and collaborations with around 40 musicians and having more works in the studio, they’re debuting with this release of their own on GKF. As the name implies, “This Light” is deep and soulful and comes in 10 versions: with help of Patrick Green, Steve Paradise, House Device, DJ Jogador, QuestionmarQ, Dee C’rell and MoWz & Mikula, they are varied, but keep the integrity of the Original with Danny’s excellent vocals.

Emanuelle – Capture

Categories: Releases
23 November 2009

Emanuelle - Capture [Barcoda] Sometimes producers don’t wanna release under their usual names for one reason or another, or use vocalist name as a co-writer of a track. This happened to one of the recent Barcoda releases: numbered 26, “Capture” is authored by Emanuelle. In fact, this wonderful, very light, shiny track with French vocal was produced by Italian producer Donato Losito aka Double Dee (worked with Mario Biondi, released for IRMA Records, and is a part of B.A.D Connection project – they’re releasing “Be Thankful” from Purple Music now) and French vocalist and DJ (I guess) Manuela Driusso aka Emanuelle. read more »
