New Japanese label M2Vibe was launched in Autumn 2009. Their debut release is at the same time the first track of the new duo from Tokyo, Miss Envy and Yoshinobu Mizutani aka Soul Addict, who started in 2009 and claim to dedicate the full-time career to Soulful House. On the debut “Love The Hurt Away” released on December 21st, they have no other than Barbara Tucker on the massive vocals! What a nice start with a refreshing uplifting track.

Sometimes producers don’t wanna release under their usual names for one reason or another, or use vocalist name as a co-writer of a track. This happened to one of the recent Barcoda releases: numbered 26, “Capture” is authored by Emanuelle. In fact, this wonderful, very light, shiny track with French vocal was produced by Italian producer Donato Losito aka Double Dee (worked with Mario Biondi, released for IRMA Records, and is a part of B.A.D Connection project – they’re releasing “Be Thankful” from Purple Music now) and French vocalist and DJ (I guess) Manuela Driusso aka Emanuelle.
