Let me not forget one beautiful EP released back in August 2009 on Kerri Chandler’s label Grei Matter. The talented french producers Yass teamed up with the couple of great vocalists being Paris based Jay Sebag and New Jersey based gospel singer Tahira Memory, to bring a pleasant silky “All I’m Asking For“. Despite of Yass’ known bombs, this one is extremely smooth. On the remix duties, a new duo from Italy, Tony Loreto & Jacko with three larded versions.

Talking about Tricircle Recordings, on August 11th another wonderful release saw the light. “Ven A Mi Fiesta” by french DJ, remixer and producer Leo Cuenca is a smooth latin vocal house as the name suggests, with wicked horns section. Aid to the SouLLess are Chicago based Julius the Mad Thinker and Emmaculate. Out on July 20th, their new “So Special” featuring Desla is a classic Chicago deep soulful house track with nice bass lines and classy black vocals. Remix from Babyfunk and Acapella are included. French gang from Qalomota Records united under Dance Culture guise did an awesome release together with one and only king of gospel house Mr. Kenny Bobien. Named “Better” and out on May 26th, this EP contains mixes from such french men as Greg Gauthier, Qalomota’s very own Joyful Noise and Hedi Benromdan & Michael Gouron all being musically sweet and mellow lightened by Kenny’s vocals. read more »
