Soul Addict & Barbara Tucker - Love The Hurt Away [M2Vibe] New Japanese label M2Vibe was launched in Autumn 2009. Their debut release is at the same time the first track of the new duo from Tokyo, Miss Envy and Yoshinobu Mizutani aka Soul Addict, who started in 2009 and claim to dedicate the full-time career to Soulful House. On the debut “Love The Hurt Away” released on December 21st, they have no other than Barbara Tucker on the massive vocals! What a nice start with a refreshing uplifting track.

Danny Clark & Jay Benham ft. Dawn Tallman - Conqueror [Solid Ground] Danny Clark & Jay Benham duo is well known in a DJ world (not mentioning their solo works) after their super hot 2008 “Wondrous” with Su Su Bobien. And now they are launching their own label, Solid Ground, to bring more quality house anthems. Officially out on November 2nd, “Conqueror” is by all means successful debut and super follow-up for “Wondrous”, this time with the vox of Dawn Tallman who needs little or no introduction, and remixes from Alix Alvarez, Frankie Feliciano and Guy Robin.

John Oudo ft. Adeola Ranson - Loving You [Bigspin Music London] Another UK dj/producer/remixer John Oudo with his own label Bigspin Music London dropped the second release on September 7th. “Loving You” with the vocals of Adeola Ranson is smoothly soulful with clear bass and nice percussion, though sounds very close to debut May’s “It’s Alright”. Peaktime Mix and Deep Rhythm Mix are included. John Oudo is about to put his album on Bigspin in 2010.

Sounds Of The Booth On the end of summer a new label, Sounds Of The Booth, was born, this time the happy owner is Andy Ward, one half of Soul Central, with help of Reelgroove‘s Greg Dorban. Debut release “Unspoken” featuring vocals of Rainy Payne was out on August 24th and had a good Park Street remix included. Second release is already announced for September 28th, “September Song” with Angel Rose vocals, with remixes from Blacksoul, Jose Gonzalez and Soul de Marin. Apparently Andy has now got the home for his works, good luck to him.

DJ Aphreme - My House [Octave Moods] Being just 30 years old, Polish producer DJ Aphreme grew up on soul, disco and funk (as most of soulful producers did) and came to djing in 1998, soon moved to production deep soulful sounds. Since then, he produced and released on Next Dimension, Feljai, Music Plan, Consortium Muzik, Unified, Cabana etc. working with lots of vocalists. On September 1st, he debuted on his own new label Octave Moods with “My House“, dreamy deep affair featuring vox of D’Layna.
