Not that frequent guest to review here, but still one of the greatest underground house soulful machines, US label Restricted Access did it once again – dated April 27th (if we’re to believe Juno.co.uk) the new EP is out. This time Timmy Regisford & Adam Rios remixed another couple of soul classics. “No More Tears” by Anita Baker and “Couldn’t Love You More” by Sade got soulful treatment and have been bootleg’ed.
Defected’s daughter label Code Red run by the one and only DJ Spen signed up French hot-on-demand Yass with his new single “When Doves Cry“. Released on April 20th, and being highly driving tune, it also gets treatments from MuthaFunkaz and Thommy & Spen that makes it instant hot release. As seen on Defected WMC sampler.
