Dutchican Soul is a duo from Amsterdam, consisting of Jasper ‘Drexmeister’ Drexhage and Niels Schroder. Miguel Migs was playing their hot tune for almost a year, and on October 20th “Get On Down” is finally released on his label Salted Music. With huge support from all the industry names, with some 90’s Throwback, Unreleased and Vocal Rub mixes, this chune is on fire and already rocking our local floors.

“Why Don’t You See The Signs” is another wonderfully arranged and sounding so smooth and soulful from Dutch producer Alankara came out on January 21st on Supaphunk, Amsterdam based house label that released some tech and tribal and suddenly supported this chilly jazzy cut full of pianos and silky male vocal. Belgium’s DJ Raffa, one half of Soul Migrantz, has it treated with more uplifting feelings highlighting sax line. read more »

Dutch producer, DJ and musician Jazzy D is known for many productions and performance of Future Groove Express, a band of DJ with live musicians which started in 1996, and himself as a “pianist DJ”, combining his jazz piano roots with turntables. He was also the one responsible for Hardsoul’s “Back Together” with Ron Caroll (okay, it was written by Jazzy D) that turned out to be a real hit from 2003. read more »
