UK label Playmore (perhaps the best remembered for last years DJ Meme’s “Chanson Du Soleil“) established in 2007 and run by Dave ‘RedSoul’ Wareing has grown to 22nd release by March 26th. “Love Is A Miracle” from label’s head Redsoul with gifted US vocalist, songwriter and live performer RaShaan Houston is built around a riff from Vincent Montana’s classic “It Looks Like Love“, but has its own life. Main mix is accompanied with Reprise.

UK producer Paul Wiltshire aka Musical Solutions aka MuSol is about to launch his own label called… guess what, MuSol Recordings. Debuting on the label, US production duo Jeff Cavanaugh & Dmitry will drop latin infused “Give Me Life” featuring sultry vocals of Laura Estrada and some spanish guitars. Hopefully out very soon, and will be available in all major stores.

Oli Lazarus and his Reel People were one of the first soulful impressions for me. After two studio albums, they’ve launched the new imprint Reel People Music and will release the third EP on March 15th. That will be “The Tea” by US gospel diet, singer/songwriter Choklate. Saturated soulful vocals here join the production from Reel People themselves with a discofied one, The Layabouts duo for deeper touch and French producer Manoo with surprisingly soulful jam.

Originally released in 2006 by Hustle Music, the great soulful gospel “To The Rock” by VMC was treated by DJ Spen himself and was (and is!) a huge dancefloor anthem. To give it the second life, UK based young (yes, he’s 20!) and talented Guy Robin did his best delivering 3 different, Vocal, Underground and Deeper versions. Expect from Hustle Music on March 8th.

Long awaited since the last year’s WMC Sampler, “Fly Me Higher” by another Australian DJ and producer Tony Vass comes on Duffnote on March 19th! Besides already known fatty Original, we’ve got slowed down T’s Boogie Mix and a bunch of remixes from label’s heads: Danny Jones & Richard Earnshaw delivered moogy 80′s Remode and Earnie did his best in Classic Vocal Mix and Classic Dub. It’s good to hear old classical sounds return. Expect in this week’s radioshow.
