Cape Verdean born and now NY inhabitant, part of Elements of Life, singer, songwriter, producer and DJ Anane releases her 15 tracks album “Ananesworld“. The selection includes already known tracks such as “Walking On Thin Ice“, “Bem Ma Mi“, “Let Me Love You” and “One Dream”, but they will surprise you sounding all the way in reggae, rock, R&B soul and world genres. Soul Harmonics is the soulful house and nujazz project of Australian Dave McKinney (aka Flow Dynamics on Freestyle Records). On November 23th, he released an album entitled “These Times“. The single of the same name featuring Rachel Claudio was out on Jaffa Music in 2008, but now we have an album with 10 really “ultra funky, jazz fueled soulful house grooves” including some remixes and original productions. Slightly different in moods, all tracks are worth checking out.
