Andy Lee’s Barcoda celebrates 25th release with stunning EP “I Believe” made by MuSol together with Central Avenue and vocal talents of Pete Simpson + Natasha Watts! Top class artists did a great job as well as remixes that include versions from Dutchican Soul, Roed Svensk (my pick), DJ Rork, Moscow project White Caviare and a couple of versions from Central Ave incl. Club Mix. It’s nice to hear classic soulful sounds return.

Melchyor A continues his collaboration with Louis Benedetti’s SoulShine label and in the mid-September has dropped a double release “Real Thing” with the silky vocals of MJ White. On September 15th, Spain based La Musique Fantastique releases “All These Things” by Edmund featuring the vocals of Moscow’s house band Soul Cola songstress Karina. Package includes the remixes to please every taste, from Original Classic Soulful Mix, a couple of local versions, pretty funny speeded-up Gilbert Le Funk Vintage Remix, mixes from Park Street and Nassau, and Soul Cola Afro Workout from Karina’s boys.

Canadian deep house crew digs deeper. :) On September 15th Soulstream releases “All Over My Body“, the Suges‘ first track, in full digital.
