It’s nice to have oldie re-polished and released with new mixes nowadays. Originally out in 1997 by Jellybean Recordings with B.O.P. mixes, “Fly Away” by Eddie Stockley is now repackaged with new mixes from US deep house gangstas B.O.P./Quentin Harris and Jovonn. The track is written and produced by B.O.P. which stands for Brothers of Peace, was formed in the early 1990’s, and comprised of Bryan “Shank” Thompson and Paul Scott, two talented artists from New Jersey. Besides Eddie Stockley on the vox, we’ve got no other than Kenny Bobien and Su Su Bobien on background vocals!

Classic Mix with gospel feel is still on the pack, infused with groovy basslines and joyful keyboards. B.O.P. and Quentin Harris team up on the Soul Delicious Mix delivering a chill feel with added bongos and powerful synths. Jovonn’s mixes are also dope as well.
