Bobby D’Ambrosio – Touch & Go
Categories: Releases. Trackback.NY based producer, remixer and DJ Bobby D’Ambrosio has over 20 years of experience. Having remixed such names as Barry White, Mark Anthony, Loleatta Holloway, Michelle Weeks, Kim English, Gloria Gaynor, Gloria Estefan, Vanessa Mae etc., his first single was released in 1997 (by Definity), debut album “Here I Am” in 2002, and his “I Like It Like That” by the Blackout Allstars was used in a national TV commercial for Burger King. Numerous touring sets? Loads of remixes for his tracks? Without saying. And besides all, he is also a co-owner of his wife’s spa salon in New York. :)
Personally, I love Bobby’s Soulfuric releases: “Runaway Love” (2006), “Optimistic” (2006), “Love Forever More Amen” (2008). But he also runs his own small indie Osio Records. We’ve seen gorgeous “So Into You” with Michael Watford (2006) and “Spirit Of Love” (2007), and now it’s time for 2008: on August 25th, “Touch & Go” was released featuring the vocals of Valerie Adams, co-produced by Shawn Lucas, and the man behind engineering mix deck is the top man Louis Benedetti. With a set of mixes, my favorite ones are Original Classic Mix and Family House Mix that are truly optimistic and uplifting house.
